All employees who work thirty (30) hours or more per week are eligible to participate in Coastal Trading Venture’s group medical plan. Employees are eligible to participate on the 1st day of the month after the date of hire. The Company pays 50% of an employee’s premium. Dependent coverage is paid by the employee. The employee’s portion of the premium is taken as a deduction from the employee’s paychecks.
All eligible employees who elect to participate in the group medical plan can choose between three benefit plans. A Summary of Benefits and Coverage for each plan will be provided to eligible employees. This benefit may be canceled or changed at the discretion of the Company, unless otherwise required by law.
